Strategic Information Development and Management Division (BPMS) • Responsible for ensuring HRMIS is implemented in all agencies in the Public Service in line with the Vision of Public Service human resources and the goals of the e-government; • Preparing and providing comprehensive public sector personal information; • Providing reliable and secured infrastructure facilities; • Designing, developing and monitoring application system based on PSTM; • Implement ICT training and cultivating programmes; and • To provide advisory services in the field of ICT. ______________________________________________________ BAHAGIAN PASCA PERKHIDMATAN (BP) • Penggubalan dan pemantauan pelaksanaan dasar faedah persaraan. • Meluluskan faedah persaraan dan faedah pemberhentian perkhidmatan bagi anggota Perkhidmatan Awam, Pihak Berkuasa Berkanun dan Tempatan, Hakim, Ahli Parlimen, Anggota Pentadbiran dan Setiausaha Politik berpandukan undang-undang yang berkuat kuasa. • Menguruskan pembayaran faedah persaraan dan faedah pemberhentian perkhidmatan. • Membangun dan menguruskan sistem kelulusan dan pembayaran faedah persaraan dan faedah terbitan yang efisien. • Mengurus data persaraan serta data pemberhentian perkhidmatan. POST-SERVICE DIVISION (BP) • Enacting and monitoring the implementation of the retirement benefits policies. • Approve retirement benefits and termination benefits for members of the Public Service, Statutory and Local Authorities, Judges, MPs, Members of Administration and Political Secretaries with reference to the applicable laws. • Managing the payment of retirement benefits and termination benefits. • Developing and managing an efficient system of approval and payment of retirement benefits and derivative benefits. • Managing retirement data as well as service termination information. ______________________________________________________ BAHAGIAN PENGURUSAN PSIKOLOGI (BPPs) Terdapat lima (5) fungsi utama yang ditetapkan, iaitu; i. Penyelidikan dan pembangunan (R&D) perkhidmatan psikologi. ii. Penggubalan dasar dan pembangunan perkhidmatan psikologi. iii. Penyediaan khidmat runding kepakaran perkhidmatan psikologi. iv. Perancangan dan pelaksanaan perkhidmatan psikologi; dan v. Penilaian dan keberkesanan perkhidmatan psikologi. PSYCHOLOGY MANAGEMENT DIVISION (BPPS) There are five (5) main functions defined, namely; i. Research and development (R&D) psychological services. ii. Policy formulation and development of psychological services. iii. Providing psychological expertise consultancy services. iv. Planning and implementing psychological services; and v. Assessment and effectiveness of psychological services. ______________________________________________________ BAHAGIAN KHIDMAT PENGURUSAN (BKP) • Menguruskan urusan penstrukturan dan naziran perjawatan di JPA. • Menguruskan urusan penempatan dan pertukaran pegawai JPA. • Menguruskan pembangunan latihan dan kompetensi personel di JPA. • Menguruskan urusan berkaitan perkhidmatan dan kaunseling bagi pegawai JPA. • Menguruskan urusan kewangan, perolehan dan pembangunan di JPA. • Menguruskan program kualiti di JPA. • Menguruskan urusan pentadbiran dan logistik di JPA. • Menguruskan aktiviti Majlis Kebajikan dan Sukan Anggota- anggota Kerajaan Wilayah Persekutuan (MAKSWIP) dan Kelab JPA. • Menyelaras pelaksanaan Aplikasi Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) di JPA. • Mengurusetiakan Panel Pembangunan Sumber Manusia, Majlis Anugerah Perkhidmatan Cemerlang (APC), Lembaga Tatatertib, Jawatankuasa Keutuhan Pengurusan dan Majlis Bersama Jabatan (MBJ).
