PENERBITAN UKK UKK PUBLICATION Laporan Tahunan Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam Tahun 2019 diterbitkan sebagai salah satu bahan penerbitan di bawah Unit Komunikasi Korporat bagi merakamkan perjalanan programdan aktiviti, kajian, status pencapaian, pengiktirafan dan lain-lain perkembangan JPA yang dicapai sepanjang Tahun 2019. The 2019 Annual Report of the Public Service Department was published as one of the publications under the Corporate Communication Unit to capture the progress of programmes and activities, studies, achievement, recognition and other developments of PSD during the year 2019. Buku Media JPA 2020 diterbitkan bagi memaparkan koleksi liputan berita JPA di media massa. Koleksi berita ini meliputi beberapa segmen landskap perkhidmatan awam seperti pemerkasaan perkhidmatan awam, kebajikan penjawat awam, perkhidmatan yang ditawarkan, program-program anjuran JPA mahupun isu-isu perkhidmatan awam yang lain. The PSD 2020 Media Book was published to show the collection of PSD news coverage in the mass media. This news collection covers several segments of the public service context, such as public service empowerment, the welfare of civil servants, services offered, programmes organized by PSD, and other public service issues.
