ANUGERAH KEGEMILANGAN JPA Anugerah kegemilangan JPA (AKJPA) merupakan pengiktirafan dan penghargaan yang diberikan kepada Bahagian yang mencapai prestasi cemerlang dari aspek penyertaan sukan antara Bahagian, penglibatan dalam program-program inovasi dan majlis anjuran Jabatan serta pengikitirafan luar yang diperolehi. Anugerah ini dianjurkan setiap dua (2) tahun sekali. Berikut adalah Bahagian yang telah mendapat tempat tiga (3) teratas bagi AKJPA Tahun 2020 iaitu: PSD EXCELLENCE AWARD The PSD Excellence Award (AKJPA) is a recognition and appreciation awarded to Divisions that achieve excellent performance in terms of inter-divisional sports participation, participation in innovation programmes and events organized by the Department as well as external recognition obtained. This award is organized in every two (2) years. The following are the Divisions that have received the top three (3) places for AKJPA 2020, namely: JOHAN WINNER Institut Tadbiran Awam Negara (INTAN) National Institute of Public Administration (INTAN) NAIB JOHAN 2nd PLACE Bahagian Pembangunan Modal Insan (BMI) Human Capital Development Division (BMI) KETIGA 3rd PLACE Bahagian Khidmat Pengurusan (BKP) Management Services Division (BKP) PERHIMPUNAN BULANAN JPA BULAN NOVEMBER 2020 PSD MONTHLY ASSEMBLY FOR THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER 2020 Bahagian Khidmat Pengurusan (BKP) dengan kerjasama strategik Bahagian Pembangunan dan Pengurusan Maklumat Strategik (BPMS) telah menganjurkan Perhimpunan Bulanan JPA bagi Bulan November 2020 dengan membawa tema “Pendigitalan Penyampaian Perkhidmatan JPA”. Majlis Perhimpunan Bulanan JPA ini membawa pendekatan berbeza apabila diadakan secara maya. Majlis turut disempurnakandengan kehadiran YBhg Tan Sri Ketua Pengarah Perkhidmatan Awam (KPPA), YBhg. Tan Sri Mohd Khairul Adib Abd Rahman. YBhg. Tan Sri KPPA turut menyampaikan amanat beliau kepada warga JPA khususnya agar mempraktikkan norma kerja baharu seperti Bekerja Dari Rumah (BDR), mengadakan mesyuarat dan kursus secara atas talian sebagai alternatif bagi memastikan perkhidmatan Kementerian/Jabatan tidak terjejas dan boleh dicapai oleh pelanggan secara berterusan. YBhg. Tan Sri KPPA menyeru agar Perkhidmatan Awam harus berubah mengikut cabaran era revolusi 4.0 (IR 4.0) di mana penjawat awam perlu bersedia mengubah landskap sistem penyampaian perkhidmatan kearah digital bagi memudahkan urusan terutamanya penyampaian perkhidmatan awam. The Management Services Division (BKP), in collaboration with the Strategic Information Development and Management Division (BPMS), organized the PSD Monthly Assembly for November 2020 with the theme “Digitalization of PSD Service Delivery”. The PSD Monthly Assembly 2020 brought a different approach by organizing it virtually. The ceremony was attended YBhg Tan Sri, Director General of Public Service (DGPS), YBhg. Tan Sri Mohd Khairul Adib Abd Rahman. YBhg. Tan Sri DGPS also conveyed his message to PSD staff to practice new work norms such as Working From Home (WFH) and organize online meetings and courses as an alternative to ensure Ministry/Department services are not affected and can be accessed by clients continuously. YBhg. Tan Sri DGPS called for the public service to embrace changes in line with the challenges of the revolution 4.0 (IR 4.0) era where civil servants must be prepared to change the landscape of the service delivery system towards digital to facilitate business, especially the delivery of public services. 103 JPA@ 2020 LAPORAN TAHUNAN 2020 ANNUAL REPORT
