ANUGERAH INOVASI JPA (AIJPA) Anugerah Inovasi JPA (AIJPA) dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk memberi pengiktirafan formal kepada hasil inovasi sama ada berbentuk sosial, ICT atau kewangan yang diperkenalkan oleh warga. AIJPA juga diadakan bagi memupuk dan menyemarakkan budaya kreatif dan inovatif dalam cara kerja yang diamalkan oleh warga disamping memperkenalkan dan menyebarkan hasil- hasil inovasi yang boleh dicontohi untuk faedah semua warga. AIJPA pada tahun 2020 telah disertai oleh tiga (3) kumpulan yang telah membentangkan projek inovasi masing-masing pada 19 November 2020. Berikut adalah projek inovasi yang memenangi AIJPA Tahun 2020: PSD INNOVATION AWARD (AIJPA) The PSD Innovation Award (AIJPA) is organized to give formal recognition to the innovation results, whether in the form of social, ICT, or financial introduced by the community. AIJPA is also held to cultivate and invigorate a creative and innovative culture of work practice among the employees and to introduce and disseminate the results of innovation that can be emulated for the benefit of all staff. AIJPA in 2020 was participated by three (3) groups who presented their respective innovation projects on 19th November 2020.
