PROGRAM INOVASI JABATAN PERKHIDMATAN AWAM TAHUN 2020 PUBLIC SERVICE DEPARTMENT INNOVATION PROGRAMME 2020 Bahagian Khidmat Pengurusan (BKP) telah melaksanakan beberapa program-program Inovasi JPA Tahun 2020 merupakan langkah untuk meneruskan pembudayaan inovasi dan pemikiran kreatif di kalangan warga JPA bagi meningkatkan produktiviti serta penyampaian perkhidmatan. Antara program-program inovasi yang telah dilaksanakan ialah Anugerah Idea Inovasi, Anugerah Inovasi JPA (AIJPA) dan Anugerah Kegemilangan JPA (AKJPA). ANUGERAH IDEA INOVASI JPA Anugerah Idea Inovasi diadakan bertujuan bagi menggalakkan budaya menghargai dan percambahan idea-idea kreatif dan bernas yang boleh menjadi titik mula kepada penghasilan inovasi yang memberikan impak yang tinggi kepada organisasi khususnya dan perkhidmatan awam amnya. Pada tahun ini, Sektor Pengurusan Inovasi JPA telah menerima sebanyak 33 idea daripada warga JPA dan lima belas (15) idea terbaik dari jumlah tersebut telah dipilih. Sembilan (9) peserta dan tiga belas (13) idea telah bertanding pada sesi pembentangan idea inovasi yang telah dilaksanakan pada 17 November 2020. Idea yang telah mendapat tempat tiga (3) teratas adalah seperti berikut: The Management Services Division (BKP) has implemented several PSD Innovation programmes throughout 2020 as a step to continue the culture of innovation and creative thinking among PSD staff to increase productivity and service delivery. Among the innovation programmes that have been implemented are the Innovation Idea Award, the PSD Innovation Award (AIJPA) and the PSD Excellence Award (AKJPA). PSD INNOVATION IDEA AWARD The Innovation Idea Award is held to promote a culture of appreciation and the proliferation of creative and thoughtful ideas that can be the starting point to the production of innovations that could bring a high impact to the organization in particular and the public service in general. This year, the PSD Innovation Management Sector received a total of 33 ideas from PSD staff and fifteen (15) best ideas were selected. Nine (9) participants and thirteen (13) ideas competed in the innovation idea presentation session which was implemented on 17th November 2020.
