jpa2019 | 83 Program ini diadakan setelah mengambil kira maklum balas yang diterima dan keputusan Mesyuarat Panel Penilai Dasar Pemisah, yang mana terdapat pelbagai isu yang dibangkitkan oleh Kementerian/Jabatan/Agensi serta Kerajaan Negeri yang memerlukan JPA meneliti serta mengkaji semula Pekeliling Perkhidmatan Bilangan 7 Tahun 2015: Pelaksanaan Dasar Pemisah (Exit Policy) Bagi Pegawai Yang Berprestasi Rendah Dalam Perkhidmatan Awam (PP 7/2015). The program was organized with respect to the feedback received and decision made by the Exit Policy Evaluation Panel Meeting on various issues raised by the Ministries / Departments / Agencies and State Governments that require JPA to review the 7th Public Service Circular year 2015: Implementation of Exit Policy for low performing officers in the civil service Selaras dengan objektif Bahagian Perkhidmatan, JPA yang bertanggungjawab dalam menentukan Perkhidmatan Awam mempunyai anggota yang cemerlang melalui penggubalan dan pelaksanaan dasar perkhidmatan dan kerjaya yang strategik dan berkesan, Mesyuarat Kerja ini menjadi satu inisiatif dalam memastikan Pekeliling Pelaksanaan Dasar Pemisah sentiasa relevan dan sesuai digunapakai oleh semua sektor Perkhidmatan Awam sama ada Persekutuan atau Negeri.
