jpa2019 | 71 JPA telah dipilih sebagai pengerusi TWG berkaitan public service efficiency dengan cadangan keahlian sebanyak 13 kementerian / agensi. Di bawah TWG ini beberapa kumpulan fokus akan diwujudkan dengan memfokuskan kepada perkara-perkara berikut: a) Public Service talent management; (b) Innovating public service; (c) Federal-State government’s collaboration; dan (d) Local government services. JPA has been selected as the chairman of TWG on public service efficiency with the recommendation of 13 ministries / agencies as fellow members. Under this TWG several focus groups will be created by focusing on the following: a) Public Service talent management; (b) Innovating public service; (c) Federal-State government’s collaboration; and (d) Local government services. Jabatan / agensi yang menerajui kumpulan fokus di atas ialah JPA, MAMPU, Unit Penyelarasan Pelaksanaan (ICU) dan Jabatan Kerajaan Tempatan (JKT). The departments / agencies leading the focus group JPA, MAMPU, Implementation Coordination Unit (ICU) and Local Government Department (JKT). Outline penulisan telah dikemukakan menjelang akhir bulan Jun 2019 dan draf pertama kertas strategi pada bulan Oktober 2019. BPPD JPA sebagai urus setia induk telah mengadakan mesyuarat dan bengkel seperti di bawah antara bulan Jun sehingga Oktober 2019 sebagai persediaan TWG untuk menghasilkan kertas strategi. The outlines were submitted by the end of June 2019 and the first draft of the strategic paper was in October 2019. BPPD JPA as the parent secretariat held the following meetings and workshops between June to October 2019 in preparation for TWG to produce the strategy paper. (a) Beberapa siri mesyuarat TWG; Few series of TWG Meetings; (b) Mesyuarat Kumpulan Fokus Public Service Talent Management; dan Public Service Talent Management Focus Group Meeting; and (c) Bengkel TWG Public Sector Efficiency dan Public Service Talent Management. TWG Public Sector Efficiency dan Public Service Talent Management Workshop. Setiap kumpulan fokus telah menunjukkan komitmen tinggi dalam mengenal pasti isu dan merangka dasar termasuk mengenal pasti strategi serta program RMK-12. Satu kertas strategi telah berjaya disiapkan oleh JPA dan dikemukakan kepada MEA untuk pertimbangan pada 25 Oktober 2019. JPA akan terus terlibat secara aktif dalam penyediaan RMK- 12 terutamanya dalam pemilihan dan penyediaan dokumen berkaitan pembaharuan perkhidmatan awam sehingga dokumen diumumkan pada tahun 2020 kelak. Each focus group has shown a high commitment to identifying issues and formulating policies including identifying strategies and programmes for the 12MP. A strategic paper was successfully completed by JPA and submitted to MEA for consideration on October 25, 2019. JPA will continue to be actively involved in the preparation of the 12MP, especially in the selection and preparation of documents related to public service reform until the document is announced in 2020.
