68 | jpa2019 (b) Majlis Perjumpaan Pegawai-Pegawai Kerajaan Bersama- sama YAB Perdana Menteri bagi Gred 41 hingga Gred 48 di Dewan Seri Siantan, Putrajaya pada 22 Ogos 2019 melibatkan 1,500 pegawai. Prime Minister’s Interaction Session with Government Officers from Grades 41 to 48 at Dewan Seri Siantan, Putrajaya on the 22nd of August 2019 which involved 1,500 officers. Kesemua program ini telah berjaya menjadi wadah komunikasi dua hala antara YAB Perdana Menteri dengan pegawai awam dari pelbagai gred untuk memastikan mutu penyampaian perkhidmatan awam berada di tahap paling cemerlang. Program ini juga berfungsi sebagai platform untuk menjelaskan hala tuju baharu dan hasrat Kerajaan untuk menyampaikan perkhidmatan awam yang berteraskan nilai, kualiti, amanah dan bebas rasuah. Untuk itu, adalah penting penjawat awam memahami dan menghayati aspirasi pemegang taruh ini agar dapat memberikan perkhidmatan yang profesional, terbaik dan berkesan kepada rakyat. All of these have served as a two-way communication between the Prime Minister and civil servants of various grades to ensure the highest quality of service delivery. The programmer also serves as a platform to clarify the new direction and intent of the Government to deliver value-based, quality, trustworthy and corruption-free public services. Therefore, it is important that civil servants understand and appreciate the aspirations of the stakeholders in order to provide professional, best and most effective services to the people.
