66 | jpa2019 YB Minister’s presentation also touched on the balance between rights and responsibilities between consumers, suppliers / manufacturers and the Government which can be implemented through methods of litigation, trade, education and health. In addition, the Minister emphasised on consumer rights awareness, self-regulatory responsibility among suppliers as well as government involvement in efforts to control price increases and control cost of living. Program ini telah mendapat sambutan yang memberangsangkan dengan kehadiran oleh seramai 331 orang penjawat awam yang terdiri dari kumpulan pengurusan dan profesional serta kumpulan sokongan. Peserta yang hadir turut terlibat secara aktif dalam sesi syarahan dengan mengemukakan soalan dan bertukar pendapat dengan YB Menteri. The program received an overwhelming response with the attendance of 331 civil servants, comprising of management and professional groups and support groups. Participants were also actively involved in the lecture session by asking questions and exchanging ideas with the Minister.
