Clinical Psychology Bagi tujuan jangka masa panjang, pemadanan penempatan pegawai akan dilaksanakan kepada semua pegawai P&P Perkhidmatan Gunasama Persekutuan berdasarkan bidang kepakaran. Pelaksanaan semasa adalah secara berperingkat dengan memberi tumpuan kepada bidang pengajian memandangkan terdapat kekangan data / maklumat profiling peribadi pegawai yang lengkap dan bersepadu mengenai pengalaman dan kepakaran pegawai. Perluasan pengemaskinian maklumat peribadi di dalam sistem HRMIS oleh pemilik kompetensi sendiri perlu dilaksanakan bagi mewujudkan repositori data yang lengkap. Pemadanan penempatan ini juga perlu seiring dengan Kerangka Pembangunan Kerjaya Mengikut Skim Perkhidmatan yang sedang dibangunkan dan Kemajuan Kerjaya Laluan Pakar Bidang Khusus (SME) bagi pegawai-pegawai yang telah diiktiraf. For long-term purposes, the placement of officers will be implemented to all Federal Shared Services based on their areas of expertise. The current implementation is in stages with a focus on the field of study as there are constraints of data / personal profile information of officers that are complete and integrated on the experience and expertise of officers. The expansion on updating of personal information in the HRMIS system by the owners of their own competencies needs to be implemented to create a complete data repository. The matching of these placements should also be in line with the Career Development Framework According to the Service Scheme that is currently being developed and the Career Development of the Subject Matter Expert (SME) Pathway for recognized officers.
