Manages researches, drafts and implementations on Salary, Allowance and Perquisite Policies and Employer-Employee Relations Policy. F UNG S I BAHA G I AN J PA JPA DIVISION AND FUNCTIONS BAHAGIAN PERKHIDMATAN SERVICE DIVISION • Menggubal dan melaksanakan segala urusan yang berkaitan strategi serta dasar perkhidmatan; Formulate and implement service policies and strategy; • Mengurus Sumber Manusia Perkhidmatan Gunasama; dan Manage Shared Service Human Resources; and • Melaksana Urusan Tatatertib, Peperiksaan, Kenaikan Pangkat dan Laluan Kerjaya Perkhidmatan Awam. Administer Public Service Disciplinary, Examination, Career Advancement matters. BAHAGIAN PEMBANGUNAN ORGANISASI ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT DIVISION • Menggubal dan memberi khidmat nasihat berkenaan dasar perjawatan dan perskiman. BAHAGIAN PASCA PERKHIDMATAN POST SERVICE DIVISION • Bertanggungjawab dalam penggubalan dan pemantauan pelaksanaan dasar faedah persaraan; dan Responsible for drafting and monitoring the implementation of retirement benefits policies; and • Meluluskan faedah persaraan dan faedah pemberhentian perkhidmatan bagi anggota Perkhidmatan Awam, Pihak Berkuasa Berkanun dan Tempatan, Hakim, Ahli Parlimen, Anggota Pentadbiran dan Setiausaha Politik.
