JPA | 85 juga pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan bagi menjelaskan isu-isu yang berbangkit. Program tersebut telah berjaya mencapai objektif berhubung penjelasan isu-isu dasar dan isu-isu semasa JPA, SPA dan KKM bersama pihak badan professional serta medium terbaik untuk mengukuhkan lagi kerjasama antara pihak JPA serta Kementerian dan Agensi terlibat. RE-ORIENTATION OF MEDICAL, DENTISTRY & PHARMACEUTICAL GRADUATES PROGRAMME SPONSORED BY JABATAN PERKHIDMATAN AWAM (JPA) The Re-Orientation of Medical, Dentistry & Pharmaceutical Graduates Programme Sponsored by Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam (JPA) 2018 organized by Human Capital Development Division was held at Dewan Utama, Kementerian Kewangan Malaysia (MOF) on 22 September 2018 (Saturday) attended by 553 JPA sponsored graduates. The Re-Orientation Briefing coupled with engagement was held together with the involvement of Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Awam (SPA), Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (KKM), Majlis Perubatan Malaysia (MMC), Majlis Pergigian Malaysia (MDC) dan Lembaga Farmasi Malaysia (LFM) to explain the policies and current issues as well as the latest procedure for the appointment of medical, dentistry and pharmaceutical officers to JPA sponsored graduates, and includes the information on scope of authority for each Ministrys and Agencys involved. The main objectives for holding the briefing session are as follows: a)​ To provide explanations regarding current policies and procedure for the appointment of medical, dentistry and pharmaceutical officers to Public Service; b) To provide explanations regarding graduates’ registration procedure with the relevant professional bodies, self- reporting procedure to JPA and application for positions in SPA8i Portal to prevent delays in compliance of relevant process that would result in an impact to the date of appointment; and c) To utilise the program as a platform for the purpose of meet-and-greet for graduates and stakeholders to explain any arising issues. The said program had succeeded in achieving the objectives in relation to the explanation of policies and currents issues of JPA, SPA and KKM together with professional bodies as well as serving as the best medium to further strengthen the cooperation between JPA, the Ministries and Agencies involved.
