JPA | 38 Dasar Pemisah adalah dasar untuk menamatkan perkhidmatan dan membersarakan pegawai yang berprestasi rendah daripada perkhidmatan awam selaras Pekeliling Perkhidmatan Bilangan 7 Tahun 2015: Pelaksanaan Dasar Pemisah ( Exit Policy ) Bagi Pegawai yang Berprestasi Rendah Dalam Perkhidmatan Awam yang berkuatkuasa pada 19 November 2015. Dasar ini telah mula dilaksanakan pada tahun 2016 melibatkan 1,031 pegawai yang mendapat LNPT 2015 kurang daripada 60%. Panel Penilai Dasar Pemisah (PPDP) bagi Kumpulan Pengurusan dan Profesional dan Kumpulan Pelaksana adalah terdiri daripada Ketua Pengarah Perkhidmatan Awam sebagai pengerusi serta turut dianggotai Timbalan Ketua Pengarah Perkhidmatan Awam (Pembangunan), Ketua Setiausaha Perbendaharaan atau wakil, Ketua Setiausaha Kementerian Sumber Manusia atau wakil, Pengarah Bahagian Pasca Perkhidmatan, JPA dan Penasihat Undang-Undang, JPA. Turut menyertai selaku pemerhati adalah Setiausaha Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan yang berkaitan, wakil Kongres Kesatuan Pekerja-Pekerja Di Dalam Perkhidmatan Awam (CUEPACS) dan wakil Majlis Bersama Jabatan (MBJ) yang berkenaan. Also participating as observers are the relevant Service Commission Secretaries, representative of the Union of Civil Servants in the Civil Service (CUEPACS) and representatives of the Agency Joint Council (MBJ) concerned.
