1-1 LAMPIRAN UP.7.3.2 (A) PERLEMBAGAAN PERSEKUTUAN FEDERAL CONSTITUTION PERATURAN-PERATURAN PEGAWAI AWAM (KELAKUAN DAN TATATERTIB) 1993 PUBLIC OFFICERS (CONDUCT AND DISCIPLINE) REGULATIONS 1993 PEMBERITAHUAN DI BAWAH SUBPERATURAN 26(7) NOTIFICATION UNDER SUBREGULATION 26(7) Menurut subperaturan 26(7) Peraturan-Peraturan Pegawai Awam (Kelakuan dan Tatatertib) 1993 [P.U.(A) 395/1993], diberitahu bahawa, menurut kuasa subperaturan 26(6), pegawai yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual yang memegang jawatan di tempat kerja yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2) Jadual disifatkan telah dibuang kerja daripada perkhidmatan berkuat kuasa mulai tarikh pegawai itu tidak hadir bertugas sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (3) Jadual. Pursuant to subregulation 26(7) of the Public Officers (Conduct and Discipline) Regulations 1993 [P.U.(A) 395/1993], it is notified that, by virtue of subregulation 26(6), the officer* specified in column (1) of the Schedule who holds* office at the place of work specified in column (2) of the Schedule is* deemed to have been dismissed from service with effect from the date the officer* was* absent from duty as specified in column (3) of the Schedule.
