(2010) and Spector, (1997) state that promotion systems have a significant relationship with job satisfaction. These findings are confirmed by further research by Ch'ng, Chong and Nakesvari (2010), this study was conducted on university lecturers in Penang. The results of their study showed that the promotion system has a significant relationship with job satisfaction. In the event of limited promotion opportunities within the current organization, respondents are prepared to leave other organizations, if there are other offer opportunities by outside organizations. This proves that the promotion system is a must in improving the careers of individuals within the organization. Organizations should provide fair and attractive promotion opportunities and opportunities to increase job satisfaction. This statement agrees with a study conducted by Drafke and Kossen's (2002) who agree that job satisfaction will increase as employees find their future career prospects in the organization more attractive and attractive.
