Keterlibatan meliputi aspek kecekapan, sentiasa berusaha, komitmen tinggi, senang bekerjasama, mengetahui apa yang perlu dilakukan dan kesungguhan pekerja untuk menunaikan tanggungjawab yang telah diamanahkan. Hasil dapatan Kajian Indeks Keterlibatan Penjawat Awam Perkhidmatan Awam Persekutuan (IKPA) 2015 dan 2018, mendapati faktor kepimpinan dalam Perkhidmatan Awam mempunyai nilai hubungan yang tinggi dengan keterlibatan pegawai yakni kepimpinan mempengaruhi keterlibatan pegawai. Selaras itu, hasil tinjauan dan analisa artikel kajian ini telah mendapati bahawa lapan (8) gaya kepimpinan yang boleh diterapkan dalam organisasi dan mampu menarik keterlibatan pegawai. Gaya
