WAY FORWARD According to the results of this article review, institutional trust does have a significant role in how citizens in democratic nations see and engage with governmental institutions. People are more inclined to follow rules and laws, take part in political activities, and support government programmes when they have a high degree of confidence in their government. Governments must try to establish and preserve public trust by being open, responsible, and receptive to the demands and concerns of their constituents. In particular, the public service must simplify governance and improve the public's image of the integrity of public servants. To further actualize the goal of trust within the setting of Malaysia MADANI, looking at techniques has been described in the Membangun Negara MADANI book. REFERENCES Anwar, I. (2022).
