Penerapan Konsep MADANI dalam Perkhidmatan Awam Abtract Malaysia Government continues to strengthen and empower women especially in the government sector. In recent development, the concept of Malaysia MADANI acknowledged the important of women’s role as the backbone of the country. Malaysia also aims to boost female participation rate in decision-making level to at least 30.0 percent (%) in the Government-linked Companies (GLCs), Government-linked Investment Companies (GLICs) and Minister of Finance Incorporated companies by 2025. However, the World Economic Forum’s Global Gender Gap Index 2022 reported Malaysia still ranked low compared to other countries in the region. Therefore, the study is intended to explore the possibility in narrowing down the gap of gender parity and also to understand the leadership empowerment among women in Malaysia MADANI way especially at the public sector. This study is based on secondary data analysis and review on literatures. This study also recommends the need to establish an integrated approaches at the ministerial level and policies improvement to overcome limitations.
