96 This is a typical scenario happened in individual with HFASD showing difficulties in higher order thinking and fail to established effective working relationship at workplace which further affected their personal wellbeing. They often keep the problem to self and not knowing to seek for help. These are related to their inflexibility mind too as they assumed there are their obligation to complete the task but instead of actively seeking for advice, they often choose to run away from situation. Leaving problems for the closed one to manage will later causing frustration among those involved and lead to a reluctance to offer assistance in the future. “However, the problem of low communication skills they exhibit had granted them valuable strengths as honesty, earnestness, frankness and strong sense of justice.”--- Hiraiwa (2012) Despite individual with HFASD is lacking of social interaction skills, however, such qualities make them a great candidate to work as engineers, musicians, artist, scientist, computer programmer or researcher which required them to work alone. Though, they are not suitable working as sales and marketing, politician or public relation officer because they are poor in manipulating information. 4. Sensory Issues Numerous of cases among individual with HFASD reported they have sensory issue which results to different level of disturbance in life. “Mr. DEF sharing about his distinct preference and enjoyment in using specific types of paper and ink pen” A wife for a husband with HFASD described: “He likes to cuddle me and sniffing the fragrance of my hair. He takes great pleasure in having his closet meticulously arranged to the extent that he hesitates to use items inside, preserving the overall order.”
